Apprenticeship Assessment
Amanda assesses Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeships, helping maintain the standards against which future marketers are measured.

A wider mission
Alongside client work, AWX Marketing is committed to supporting early-career marketers and raising the profile of B2B marketing as both a profession and a discipline.

B2B marketing education
According to the B2B Nations Series report (B2B Nations Institute, published by Propolis, August 2026), B2B accounts for around 48% of UK economic output. Yet much of the attention given to marketing education, discussion and career development remains focused on consumer markets.
AWX Marketing believes B2B marketing deserves greater visibility, stronger representation and a clearer place in professional development and education.
Bridging education and industry
AWX Marketing supports marketers, students and businesses by sharing practical B2B experience gained inside complex organisations.
Whether through mentoring, apprenticeship assessment, university engagement, speaking opportunities or support for the wider business community, the aim is the same: helping people connect marketing theory with real-world commercial practice.
The focus is not on teaching theory, but on helping people understand how strategy, sales, leadership and commercial objectives come together inside real organisations.
As Amanda often observes:
The gap is rarely knowledge. It's knowing how to apply it inside a real organisation.

Professional development
Amanda assesses Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeships, helping maintain the standards against which future marketers are measured.
Amanda mentors marketers through the Chartered Institute of Marketing, helping translate marketing principles into practical, real-world application.
Amanda speaks with universities, professional bodies and industry audiences to increase awareness of B2B marketing as both a career path and a significant contributor to economic growth.
The wider mission
The ambition extends beyond helping individual marketers.
AWX Marketing wants to see B2B marketing recognised more widely for the role it plays in driving business growth, shaping major purchasing decisions and contributing to the wider economy.
Through mentoring, professional development, industry engagement and knowledge sharing, the aim is to help ensure B2B marketing receives the attention, recognition and representation it deserves.
It is a discipline responsible for influencing how billions of pounds of value are won. It deserves to be understood, taught and talked about accordingly.

She didn't have a set career in mind, but was drawn in by the appeal and depth of marketing. Along the way, plenty of great people supported her and gave her opportunities, and she wants to give the same back to the next generation of marketers.
