About AWX
Built inside organisations, not outside them
AWX Marketing was created to help ambitious B2B organisations focus effort where it will have the greatest commercial impact.
The approach is built on more than 25 years of client-side marketing experience gained inside complex organisations, where growth depended on aligning sales, marketing and leadership teams around strategically important accounts.
Less activity. Clearer priorities. More focus on the accounts and opportunities that matter most.

Meet Amanda
Built on experience from inside the business
Amanda Weekes founded AWX Marketing after more than 25 years working in senior B2B marketing roles across organisations including BT, EE, T-Mobile and Mitie. Based in Stevenage, she's also active in the Hertfordshire business community.
That experience spans strategic accounts, sector growth programmes, sales and marketing alignment, complex buying environments and account-based marketing.
The hard part of ABM is rarely the theory.
It's deciding where to focus, building agreement across competing stakeholders and maintaining momentum long enough to create commercial impact.
Amanda has done that work from the inside.
Experience that translates
Grounded in practice, not theory alone
AWX Marketing is built on experience of strategic account growth, sector marketing programmes and buying decisions involving multiple stakeholders over months, and sometimes years.
That is a different discipline to running campaigns.
For clients, it means advice that survives contact with reality. Priorities that sales teams will support. Messaging that people will actually use. Programmes that continue to create value long after launch.
The value is knowing what will work inside a real organisation, with real constraints.

What clients value
Enterprise experience, applied practically
The approach was shaped inside large organisations, but the principles apply equally to businesses without a large marketing team.
The focus remains the same:
Make growth simpler
Growth becomes easier when effort is concentrated on the right opportunities.
Focus on what matters
Not every account deserves the same investment of time, energy and resource.
Create alignment
Commercial progress happens when sales, marketing and leadership teams work towards shared goals.
Build credibility and relationships
Sustainable growth is rarely driven by activity alone. It comes from trust, relevance and long-term engagement.
A wider mission
Supporting the next generation
Alongside client work, Amanda contributes to mentoring, apprenticeship assessment, university engagement and wider industry initiatives that help raise the profile of B2B marketing and support future talent.
It's not part of the commercial offer.
It simply matters.
